The Owens Corning ELAMINATOR Insulation System for 300 Series machines is installed by qualified, trained installers who are either apprentices or certified operators in the Certified ELAMINATOR Operator Program (CEOP). All 300 Series ELAMINATOR Insulation System projects require at least one apprentice or certified operator operating the machines for the entire project. CEOP is designed with three stages of performance to bring the apprentice to a level of performance for certification by Owens Corning. The CEOP is a franchise sponsorship.

The 100 Series machines are operated by operators who are trained by ELAMINATOR franchisees. Owens Corning offers training for 100 and 120 machines for its franchisees.

There are three ELAMINATOR Training Program categories:

• 300 Series Certified ELAMINATOR Operator Program
  The operator who is certified by Owens Corning to operate the 300 Series machines only.

• 100 Series Training Program
  The operator who is trained by Owens Corning to operate the 100 and 120 machines.
