Injection Molding
TWINTEX® long fiber superconcentrate pellets and companion pellets are fed into a gravimetric blender which accurately ratios the components prior to feeding the injection screw.

To prevent fiber breakage from happening during the plastification process, a screw with low compression ratios and gradual transitions should be used.

A free-flow screw tip as well as large gates and runners are highly recommended. Mold temperature is best between 40°C and 60°C.
