Fold-Form® consists of pre-assembled interlocking sections of high-density expanded polystyrene foam which, once in place, are filled with concrete. Each section is 4 sq. ft. in size (4' wide, 1' high) allowing the user to build insulated foundations and concrete walls from 4" to 16" thick and accommodate worldwide codes for steel reinforcing. Unique hardware package allows installers to assemble curved walls and other custom shapes.

BLOCKS

Patented design folds flat for shipping and storage, unfolds easily on site. Positive interlock on all 4 sides holds sections securely without tapes or adhesives.

CORNER KITS

Universal corner kits provide for quick assembly of corners. Long (4') kits are alternated with short (2') kits to easily stagger the seams on each course.

BRICK LEDGES

Same positive interlock and folding design in a 4” monolithic ledge. Pre-molded for 4”, 6”, 8” and 10” concrete walls. Six spacer ties included.

TIES AND IN-WALL BRACING

Friction-fit horizontal bracing adds stability in required courses. Simply push into place and secure with wire. A variety of ties accommodate odd angles and other custom shapes.
