Many houses in my neighborhood are the same age and having roofs replaced by different roofing companies. I am confident that my new roof, installed by A-Best, is superior in workmanship and materials. A-Best provides a warranty that is transferable if/when I sell the house. Roofs are expensive; make sure you get what you pay for.
