They were great to work with.
We are very pleased with the appearance and quality of the roofing materials, and are especially pleased with the expertise and quality of the workmanship of the installation crew, as well as their cleanup of the site. Brandie Dixon did a superb job of on-site supervision and support of the crew, providing them the materials needed throughout this project. She kept me informed and answered my questions.Of the six bids we received for our roof replacement, we judged yours to be the best, from Michael Moss's thorough presentation which included a very informative explanation of the installation project, materials and warranties, to the quality of your workforce, laying out the various components and options comprising the end-product, and of course at a very competitive cost, without pressure to close the deal. Please pass on our complements to Brandie and your installation crew.
They were awesome!
They did a great job.
Cenvar is overall a good company. They do very good work.
Once they got here, it was phenomenal.
The sales guy was very polished and seemed like a good guy. The brochure is excellent and the shingle line is top of the line. Cenvar Roofing was having some transition issues with their managers. There were people on the job that were newer to construction roofing that were being trained. There were periods of time while on the job here no manager was there and I was told that would never happen. On the wrap up day of the job they sent out a lead guy who was not a manager, he was sent to watch. They guys had trouble with their automatic nailers. Two different air compressors were broken and couldn't get them going at all and they had to use a single pancake unit. A lot of re-nailing had to be done. There were bundles of singles that came off the roof and landed on the ground that were put right back onto the roof without anyone inspecting them for damages. Cenvar Roofing damaged a rail to the porch of the house. They put two gouges all the way across the length of the deck on the back of the house where they dragged debris at. No one from Cenvar Roofing addressed these damages. In my opinion you're not working with people you can trust when you work with Cenvar Roofing. I would not recommend Cenvar Roofing. I am hoping my roof was done some what correctly and I am hoping the roof will last.
One of my neighbors pulled me aside and said I have never seen a roofing job done while protecting the house and surrounding area. All of my neighbors were thoroughly impressed with the work that was done.
ONLY USED THEM BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER HAD HER ROOF DONE WITH THEM. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY MY EXHAUST VENT WERE DONE THE FIRST TIME. THEY DID COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND TEAR OFF NEW SHINGLES AND REPLACE THE PLYWOOD AND CUT NEW HOLES. NOT HAPPY WITH CHIP BOARD USED INSTEAD OF PLYWOOD,LIKE THE REST OF THE ROOF. THEY DID NOT ADDRESS AREAS OF ROT OR STAINING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CUT OUT AND REPLACED. " JUST TYPICAL MEXICAN LABOR. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT QUALITY ONLY QUANTITY. " JUST LIKE MITCHELL HOMES, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE HOMES THEY BUILD EITHER. TOOK 8 WEEKS TO BUILD A 2100 SQ. FT. HOUSE.
After the job was complete, a gentleman went out of his way to make sure a leak was fixed. We couldn't ask for a better company. They have gone out of their way to make us happy.
I would strongly recommend for anyone looking for roof work!
