Augustine Construction offers fair pricing and quality work.
All was done professionally and well
We felt that communication with the front office staff and owner was incongruent, and incorrect. We also felt bullied by phone calls and emails when trying to clarify information and complete this work.
Augustine Construction put on a new roof. Tony provided a typed on time detailed contract. He climbed on the roof to look for prior damage. There were a few soft spots. Pricing was fair. Not the lowest, not the highest. But be prepared for possible additional cost because owner may not know what is under the old shingles.
Smooth process from start to finish.
