From the beginning, Joey Walzel gave a full and complete overview of the process. I was impressed. He was prepared, answered my questions, and I agreed to use JDH to do the job.
Following the install of the roof I've had several follow up conversations regarding damage to my property, debris and quality of the work completed. While conversations were entertained, the resulting actions have been minimal and have not resolved the issues. I inquired about meeting with the owner to discuss the service I received and my emails have been ignored.
NA
Crew destroyed valuable bushes in front garden.
I think they did a good job.
