Straight A Exterior Renovations

I am not sure how much of the cost of the roof was actually labor, materials or dumpster rental. My "invoice" the only piece of paper I received from the company, only after the payment was made, was a line about roof replacement with the cost on the company letterhead. No materials listed. I don't like the fact that materials not used by the roofing crew were taken away with them and I still have this huge roofing replacement cost with no adjustment made, even though Luke, the one time that I actually saw him here in the 2 days of work, told me that I would not be charged for unused materials. I don't like the fact that I suspect that the actual cost was less than what I have to pay off over the next 15 years. I don't appreciate that the costs of the actual job - labor, roofing materials, equipment - are swallowed up by the verbally spoken cost estimate, (which I never received an actual estimate document) being exactly the same as the final job. I mean, I am sure that in their business paperwork for their taxes that they have exact costs for labor, materials and equipment for loss/profit. If they used a subcontractor, I don't have their name, number or address to contact them for the itemized costs. So that is why I am on the fence about recommending this company.
