I just know what they told me. I have to trust that they did what they said they were going to do, and everything is satisfactory. I'm 92 years old. I couldn't get up on the roof and look at it, and they told me what they did, and I just assumed they did.

INSTALLATION WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WELL DONE

Their communication is very poor. They used any type of person to do the work, I thought they were going to do the work themselves, but they sub-contracted it out to people.

If I did, they would see my yard and say what happened

They did a great job, the whole company did. There were no problems at all that I have seen. The project manager and crew that were on the roof did a good job. I did roofing myself before and this worked out well.
