Spotlight will work hard to earn your trust and business. From the first meeting Eitan was very knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. He pointed out areas that may cause problems, he was very transparent about what the cost included and what the cost may be for additional work. Because he was so transparent and communicated well there were no surprised during the project. Everything finished on time. The place was cleaned at the end of each day which was important to us because we have a daughter that likes to play outside. Once the work was complete Eitan did a walk through and pointed out places for touch up. He was very meiticulous, attentive, and responsive. Most importantly, the cost of everything is clearly itemized and well communicated.

At the end I was happy with the work but I received poor project management and I had to manage the progress of the project myself. Some subcontractors weren’t managed and had to come back and fix issues. Gilad always ensured that issues were resolved but what was supposed to last a week took over a month.there were days were no managers showed up

I am happy with the outcome after the job done and I highly recommend to my friends.
