Rescue Roofing, LLC

You know how/why I am disappointed, you have sent two people out here to look and talk with me. You have promised to come finish what you promised and you have not. My gutters are still sitting on the ground and I just paid someone else to come clean up the war zone you left in my attic- nails, debris, You damaged my fireplace chimney and did not fix it as promised. etc.. Mason and Dillon both have not followed up as promised. My project manager left me alone with no one who speaks english with me to communicate during the job.... etc.

Everything was good.

Nice to work with this company. They were on time, quick; the sales rep was great to work with, great experience.

They were very professional. Dillon was my contact, and he took me through every step of the way. I was very satisfied and he was very informative.

The sales experience from Rescue Roofing was awesome. The salesperson I had was very knowledgeable and not aggressive in any way. I interviewed multiple companies, and he was the best. My negative experiences came with the installers and the scope of work they promised they would do, as well as the cleanup and the nonchalant customer service.
