TALK TO AN EXPERTS744, S750 products enable extra stretch and good resin flow for deeper draw applications.
U746 product provides good stretch and excellent resin flow required in multi-layer applications.
T750, T754 products provide enhanced mechanical properties in the cross-mat direction.
U720 product provides stronger and more durable preforms. It is well suited for automated processes.
Excellent corrosion resistance with Advantex® Glass compared to standard E-glass: providing longer service life in applications facing corrosion.
U700 products are available with varying filament lay-out and binder contents to match up with specific customer applications.
UNIFILO® 700 Series mats are compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, acrylic and epoxy resins. They are designed to be preformed with the same dimensions as the final part and for use in closed mold process such as RTM (high and low- pressure injection), infusion and compression molding. Applications include heavy truck, automotive and industrial parts.
Unifilo® 700 Series mats are available worldwide. All products are made to order. Additional widths are available upon request by your Owens Corning contact.

Unless otherwise specified, it is recommended to store glass fiber products in a cool, dry area. Ideal conditions are at a temperature between 10°C and 35°C and a relative humidity between 35% and 85%. The glass fiber products must remain in their original packaging material until the point of usage. If the storage temperature is below 15°C, it is recommended that the product be stored in the workshop, within its original packaging, at least 24 hours prior to use to help prevent condensation. The packaging is not waterproof. Be sure to protect the product from the weather and other sources of water. When stored properly, the product can be used up to 2 years from the date of manufacture, and retesting is advised after 1 year from the initial production date to insure optimum performance.
