Communication and professionalism from the installation crew could be improved. They showed up un-announced one day and blocked me in the garage when I had to leave for work. I was not expecting them back that day. They did acknowledge that they should have called first, although they did not say who they were or where they were from when I first asked what they were doing here. The roofing crew blew out the fuse to the outdoor electricity plugs while working, and I was not home (previously explained I would not be home), and they went to my neighbors to ask if they could use their electricity. Not ideal. Materials were left on the grass too long and the front lawn has two large, burnt patches of grass. The communication from the head office team managing the file was great. They always responded promptly. The clean up was good. I only found a handful of nails that were missed on the property.
