My neighbour who has an adjoining roof also had their roof done. It took us a while to coordinate financing and Sara was very helpful along the way. She quickly answered all my questions and did not put any pressure on us to make a decision. She also communicated daily as the weather threw some wrenches into the schedule and it was much appreciated.
