The front office is easy to work with; but the subcontractors they hire to do the actual work are below substandard. During the course of the installation extensive rain damage to the inside of the house because the tarp was not secured properly. Had to call them several times to clean up properly. Post Installation, the Seminole County Inspector failed the inspection twice. Hoping the end result is good enough to last the way it is expected to.
