I loved working with Graves Brothers. While wintering in FLA we lost shingles on our NY home. We were able to do everything over the phone and email to get a contract for a total tear- off and roof replacement. I told Frank the approximate color I wanted. The roof was completed before we arrived back in NY. The color was perfect, no debris on the lawn and no damage to my gardens.

Roof looks great. Never received my purchased 50 year warranty. I contacted them and got nothing in Return. Its been 4 months
