When we had a particular problem, they modified it for free. What they did and they couldn't do it any other way, was not nice to look at. They provided us with the materials and they did a customized piece of metal about 15 feet long. We just gave them a tip. I am very, very satisfied on that level. They came through with everything. I felt they were very honest. One of the places people tend to make money on the job is with the roof and the plywood. You can find trouble where there isn't any. They only used two squares and charged us for half of that. I was very satisfied and felt very comfortable, because of that.
