Great service. I would highly recommend this roofing company. The crew and site foreman were very good. A cut above the rest. Great work.
Cloise and Mike were professional, on time and did a great job. The new roof they installed actually improves the appearance of our house.
After five bids and lots of research, we thankfully went with Cloise & Mike to replace our roof with a 50-year shingle and the addition of six skylights. We think our house looks amazing!Without hesitation, we would do it again! Stefan and his crew were awesome! They were hard workers, polite and courteous! Stefan and Chris were great at keeping us informed on the process (it was a three-day project) and we really appreciated their recommendations as to the placement of the skylights-these twins definitely work well together! We are so thankful we had this crew and leaders on our project! When choosing Cloise & Mike, hopefully, you'll be lucky enough to score this group! We also provided a "snack table" and it was greatly appreciated by all! **They love maple bars!!**Thank you Stefan and Crew!!Gina & Jeff
I received five bids for new roof. I looked up Yelp and Google reviews as well as spoke to 11 neighbors of their recent roof replacement. The "salesman" from Cloise & Mike included all the info from the other 4 companies yet felt like a trusted neighbor. He explained why their bid was THE LOWEST and potential cost increases during the job. No hard-sale nor now-now-now rhetoric. At every point, before, during, and after they contacted me with all updates and possible issues. Crew was polite, friendly and extremely professional! No landscape was harmed. Not one scrap of trash remained. A an exceptional beautiful roof. The BEST contractors I have ever had! M.J.R.
Excellent experience with Cloise & Mike Construction Inc. I have a large house and barn that needed new roofs. I requested bids from three well-reviewed roofing contractors to: remove the old roofing materials, repair any existing water damage to the roof structures, install new underlayer and ice shields, install new flashing around all roof protrusions, add rake and drip edges and then install new architectural grade asphalt shingles. The Close & Mike bid was slightly lower than one other bid and significantly lower than the third. I met with all three companies and carefully reviewed their bids. I chose Close & Mike due mainly to their excellent reviews, a direct recommendation from the owner of my current roof-repair company and the fact that Close & Mike is a Platinum Preferred Contractor for the roofing materials manufacturer Owens-Corning. This last factor is important as it gives me a warranty that is backed separately by both Owens-Corning and Cloise & Mike, lasts significantly longer than the warranty of non-platinum preferred contractors, includes both materials and installation and is partially transferrable to the next owner.Cloise & Mike projected that the job would take five days. They sent a crew of ten men who completed the job on time. The crew was even able to continue working during some rain by installing a tarp tent over the sections of roof they were working on. Stefan, the crew chief, made sure that everything was done properly, even requiring some removal and reinstallation of a small section of new shingles in order to replace a slightly bent rake edge they had installed. After the work was complete, the crew was meticulous in cleaning up around the house. The county inspector who inspected the work commented on how well the clean-up was done.During the work, a small leak developed around one stovepipe. Stefan took pictures of the interior stain caused by the leak. Once the roofing job was complete, Cloise & Mike sent out a specialist in sheetrock and drywall repair to fix the interior damage. There was no additional charge for this repair. The county inspector raised a question about the existing attic intake (soffit) ventilation area, given that there was a recent change in the County attic ventilation code requirements. Cloise & Mike recalculated the attic ventilation required by the new County code then came back and added additional soffit vents to meet the new County code requirement. This was all done without additional charge. My new roof meets all code and manufacturer requirements, looks great and will be under warranty for probably longer than I will be alive. I am very pleased with the job Cloise & Mike did and their clear concern that everything be done properly, to code and on time.
