They were very professional. We had a few minor things that happened but they addressed them quickly. They started when they said and got done sooner than expected.

Make sure you get what you pay for when materials are concerned.

The foreman's boss and his boss were fabulous! They rectified all of the problems, but it took a while.

Universal Roof and Contracting was a wonderful company to do business with. The first appointment with their salesman was on time. He spent a couple of hours with us going over everything. Our salesperson, Justin Feb, was honest and upfront and did not try to oversell. He was very professional. When they gave us a start time, they showed up on time with eight people. They put the dumpster in and by 4:00 pm the roof was completely finished. The workers were professional, neat, and kept the area clean. They did not blast any music to annoy any of my neighbors, which was wonderful to hear. They were not loud or obnoxious while eating lunch. Overall, it was a professional job that was well done by professionals.

The fact that I listen to them on the radio every Saturday and heard people recommend them, and they are in our area, it was a no-brainer working with them.
