Assurance Roofing associates were courteous, professional and thorough. They had the right equipment and skills for the work. They were thorough.

All went well with the roofing project. There are 2 minor issues that I relayed to Assurance roofing that will be addressed in the spring. All good for now. I am optimistic the roofing will be issue free for many, many years to come. Ben and I reviewed the shingle and color choice prior to the replacement. I went with Black Sable Owens Corning shingle. I and others agree it looks great!

Ben was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive in his presentation of his service and product. Easily accessible and quick to respond to calls. I am very satisfied with the final result and appearance of the project. He delivered what he promised.

They were absolutely super.

We had a few contractors give us quotes. Most sent out salesmen that acted like adding an exhaust fan vent or removing a woodburner chiminy were huge tasks that the didn't even know if they could do. Assurance was the complete opposite. He walked around and had a list of all our problems before we even told him. Very clear communication. The crew showed up on time and was done by the same afternoon with a perfectly cleaned yard, and it was a full tear-off with some plywood replaced. Would definately recommend them!
