The sales guy pretended to be nice, but he never picked up my calls after the job was completed. The quality of the work was really horrible. They have broken part of my roof joist and kept various holes in corners where wind and water can easily come and go underneath it. When I asked them to come to resolve the issues, they came and fixed some of it. When they left, I noticed my roof is still wavy and shingles are still sticking up and not attached to the roof. They promised to come back and address the issue, but never did. They hired someone else to do the job that seemed to be from South America and they tortured the roof instead of doing a good job. They have left metal and nails around the house. They charged me $17,000 for a roof and with the quality of the roof I was given, they could have charged less than $10,000. Do no trust this company. Middle Creek Roofing LLC subcontract their jobs and once they get their money, they never come back or answer questions.

They are a high-profile sales group that does not follow through on what they say they are going to do. They did not have the trained installers that they said worked for the company.

It turned out great. My house is a lot cooler with the new roof. It's already been tested with a really bad storm and held up really well.

It was an excellent experience. They are very professional. The work was done in a timely fashion.
