HER stands for Honesty, Equality, and Respect which are HER Roofing’s core values. HER Roofing is a 100% woman-owned company started by founder, Jana Barnbrook. HER Roofing empowers people to create the best style and protection that will beautify their home and increase curb appeal while providing long-lasting protection on their biggest investment, their home. Jana Barnbrook has 22 years of experience in the roofing industry that specialized in training contractors nationally for major manufacturers on installation and contractor certification. Jana has won Presidents Club, Extra Mile, and Raise the Roof awards from the manufacturer, Vendor representative of the year, and Western States Roofing Contractors Association (Davis Memorial) scholarship recipient. She is also dedicated to improving the roofing industry overall and a founding member of National Women in Roofing. She believes in continuing education and has become a RESNET certified green contractor, attends major roofing industry shows and continues to increase her knowledge on industry related topics, specifications, and industry studies.
