NewHaus Construction LLC

All of the crew at NewHaus did a thoroughly professional job of replacing our 25 year old roof. Chris Palyan went out of his way to accomodate our needs and schedule at all times.

Caused some water damage to the interior of my house and took 5 months to restore it

Joe was prompt to

price went up 60% when found damage wood, was not notified that we could stop work and get other bids. Marcus said he would be on site during work, he was not, only showed up to collect funds, was not even here when permit guy came by the first time. One day it was raining, the crew had on rain gear and hoods, it was more than light rain. and roofers were still on roof, we called Marcus and he said "its not raining in San Jose"! then he said they had to lay a few shingles for inspector, the inspector left 45 minutes ago! overall we felt taken advantage and needed to keep an eye on the project because Marcus was not around

Jessi was very understanding and helped with initial pricing
