I am the owner of the building and the leasee has okayed the job and will be doing further improvements.

My roof needed replaced for a long time. Apex Roofing came in and replaced my 48 year old roof in 7 hours. Including clean up and removal of the entire old roof. I was very pleased at the outcome.

Nathan, representative of Apex, answered my call and checked the roof, both climbing outside and checking also the inside, looking for how the vents were working. He sent to me a copy of the contract for me to read and allowing me to see if I had some doubts. When we decided to go ahead, Nathan came to my home, answered the doubts I had about the contract. There were three options for me to select the one that I liked and could afford. We agree in the way in which I will pay. The work was scheduled the following week, and was all done in 3 days, the crew started one afternoon removing the old roof, and the next day it was done, details and the cleaning was done on the 3rd day, and Apex took care also of getting a contractor for the gutters, that were done that 3rd day. The crew left each day cleaning after themselves. I am very satisfied.

The crew was on site early and removed my old roofing and replaced it with Owens Corning in one day! They cleaned up all materials afterwards.
