There are still concerns regarding the project that have not been resolved. A condition of returning to check concerns with the project was added after the project was completed and paid in full. Thankfully, due to leaks, I did not have to pay the fee. A request to return to see if the repairs solved the problem was not honored. To provide evidence, I will have to submit a video of any evidence noted during rain. This will require being at home. The communication with the company's representative regarding the overhang was not considered. It was stated that he is no longer with the company.
Overall, I am pleased with the process and the job. I think the quality of work was there and I do not have any issues. I have already provided contact to a neighbor. The only reason for not giving 5 stars ties to communication with the foreman
Five stars to Lifetime Roofing & Renovation. Product manager Gui was fantastic, providing great communication throughout our roof replacement. Crew was professional, fast, and left my property clean. Quality work, competitive pricing, and great service. I highly recommend them!"
They did a great job, timely, clean and the project manager was very personable and attentive to all my concerns. He sent me pictures of the attic and gas vent that I was concerned about and assured me it was intact and the roofers didn’t disrupt it.
