Nathan and Katie answered my initial call despite being on vacation, called as promised upon return, on site within a day, and estimate within the week. Contract was thorough and fully explanatory. We had a large leaking skylight and old roofing that required major plywood replacement. All was handled in stride with the job completed in a day's time just 2 weeks from my initial call.
