We would recommend Mighty Dog Roofing to anyone planning on installing a new roof. Everyone we met at Mighty Dog Roofing was friendly and supportive. They kept us informed and stayed in touch from the first sales meeting to the completion of the installation. Throughout our project we were continually assured that the job wasn't done until we were completely satisfied. They have a quality product and experienced crews that work hard and clean up after themselves. They're just a really great company.

I had an initially great experience, which was unfortunately slightly tarnished by an interaction I had after the work was done. The quality of the roof was great. However, I had discussed a few things prior to getting the work done, which the team said they either could not do, or could do with no extra charge. The team did the things they could not do anyway, to my surprise. A month after the job was done, the manager for the project tried to charge me additional money for the work that they said they could not do (and which I said was ok that they didn't do it. I never agreed to an extra charge), as well as the work they stated would be included. I tried contacting both the salesperson and manager after finding this out, but could not reach either of them via phone. I only was able to contact the manager via text. I had to essentially plead my case as to why I should not have to pay the additional charge. After some back and forth, the issue was resolved, but the whole experience really tarnished my view of the company.

The owner and the crews were on top of things, my only issues were with the salesman who made promises and statements that were false.
