Total Roofing and Construction is equipped to handle all commercial projects. Our project managers have experience in project sizes from storage garages to Chicago high rises. We are a full service commercial roofing company that services Illinois and northwest Indiana. As we have been for the last 30 years, we continue to be fully licensed, bonded and insured. We have our own in-house roofing installers that allow us to provide the highest quality, follow the latest safe practices, and present a comprehensive and complete overview of the entire installation. Every time a member of the Total Team is on a jobsite, we’re confident Total Satisfaction will be provided.

Total Roofing & Construction Services aim to please! Their staff is knowledgeable and willing to educate you on what is involved in your roofing experience. Gary was professional, knowledgeable and patient with me, willingly answering every question I had. Amy was polite and never seemed annoyed with any of my phonecalls, promptly responding to all of my needs. Angel was focused on my concerns as though I was his only customer, making me feel heard. The products they use are quality products and the workmanship is excellent. I am very pleased and satisfied with my new roof. I highly recommend Total Roof & Construction Services!
