RRG was the only one that picked up the phone on the first call. Excellent first impression. An appointment was made at my convenience. The sales staff arrived on time. A video was taken of the roof while they actually walked on it to inspect the condition. There was a demonstration of the roofing products and a history of the company was given. Very professional. I was given many options of Owens Corning products and warranties so that I could choose which would be best for my needs.There was no pressure. For me there was no question that I would hire this company for the job. The installers arrived on time and did a fabulous job. The workers were polite and seemed very happy. (Happy employees equal happy customers). The property was respected and they cleaned up as if they were never there. Everything was done without a hitch. A follow up inspection was done to make sure there were no concerns. None. I could not have been more pleased. The quality of the roof is exceptional. The roofers they use are quite experienced. The entire job was completed efficiently. I would strongly recommend taking pictures of the bundles as they arrive. In my case, three unopened bundles were collected by the site Manager. When I questioned what would happen to those bundles he indicated they would be returned to the vendor and my bill reduced by that amount. I am not going to go into the back and forth from their office. I just received a final invoice from them with no mention of the unused bundles and the dollars associated. Their office Manager, Brenda, did include two nickles as a refund for overpayment. Be careful!

I have never had to do a roof before, but Steven walked me through the process and let me know exactly when and what was going to happen. It went exactly as he explained it and everything was done exactly as advertised. Their value more than pays for itself.

Very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and crew. The entire process from inspection, engaging/working with the insurance company, scheduling installation and post-installation survey was handled in a timely manner.

Got off to a bad start. I specifically said I did not want my roof installed in the rain. It was raining on the install date and they arrived to install the new roof. I was told that their best crew was only available today and if I wanted to reschedule due to rain it would have to be on a weekend and they would try to find a couple of people that might be available to work. I reluctantly gave in. Then the site foreman tells me they will install it fast and get out early. I told him I wanted a quality roof not a fast install. I had two new air vents installed for my bathrooms. Instead of using a 5" hole saw for a clean and correctly sized cut they did what I call a hack job with a circular saw. Then when the hole was not big enough they used a hammer to bust open the OSB more until they could get the vent in. Before contract and at beginning of project I told them about a section of bad OSB around the plumbing vents that I wanted replaced. This was not done until I saw they covered the area with underlayment and about to install the shingles. So they tore out a section of newly installed underlayment so they could cut out and replace the old OSB. Dropping of the shingle bundles was so bad that it broke a light in the attic and bounced a glass ornament off our fireplace mantel. I asked for a 9 foot section of deteriorated fascia cap to be replaced and was told it would be. When it came time to replace it I was told that it was not going to be replaced and they were just going to cover it up with another fascia cap. After I complained they decided to do what they originally said they would.I asked for the old gutters to be removed with the old roof as I was told the new gutters would be put on within 2 weeks. A month went by and no new gutters were installed. After a bad rain that flooded my house foundation I complained. Then the new gutters were installed. After the job was finished the crews quickly packed up and left. Little if any debris (nails and scraps) was taken off my yard. I provided the company rep with 4 bags of nails, plastic, aluminum, etc.Overall I would say the workmanship was average. Like any contractor you need to keep an eye on them and inspect their work. Owens Corning materials have a good reputation. We purchased all upgraded materials for our new roof project including drip edge, gutters, underlayment, shingles, etc. However, the shingles looked thin/average to me. Maybe its the 50 year warranty that accounts for the cost. My house is a 1400 sf 3/2 ranch and the new roof with all upgrades cost $22,000. This was after the owner reduced it by $500 for my time and damages from the project.

GREAT quality! Was not aware of the total overall quality of ALL the materials used by RRG. Very impressive!!!
