My roof looks beautiful.
I had a terrible salesman, he could have solved my problem instead of sitting in the office and letting the thing explode. I would like Owens Corning to give me the specifications for the warranty to be valid. I have pictures of the project, and I do not think they met the specifications for Owens Corning. The reason I know this is that this is the second lifetime roof I have had installed, and the other company met the requirements for the warranty.
I have never seen such amazing work as I have with you guys. From the time Juan walked into our home to give us an estimate, until the time he left our home after the final inspection, RRG Roofing has been amazing.
After sustaining tornado damage to our cabin in May, we contracted with RRG Roofing to “Repair damaged rafters and main support beam, fixing damage caused by tree, scabbing in new support beam, rafters, and decking the hole caused by tree.” The roof job was July 8th, but the carpentry as stated in the contract was never done. This was pointed out to multiple RRG people the day of the job; pictures were provided multiple times to multiple people. We also contacted RRG in writing to request all deficiencies be addressed, including this issue. RRG has responded to other deficiencies, including a partial re-roof. The re-roof was justified after providing photos of the attic showing many plywood holes and breakage. But regarding the lack of carpentry, which was also documented in the attic photos (as well as visible the day of the job), RRGs refuses to acknowledge and will not issue credit to us. (It was my husband that completed the carpentry job RRG was contracted and paid to do.) Also, according to Cherokee County, repairs to structural framing require a permit to be pulled, yet RRG did not pull one. The crew rushed through the job in one day, and it was obvious by the substandard "carpentry" work that there were no actual carpenters. This roofing job was paid in full the day the job was completed. We believed RRG would stand behind ALL of their work.
They did a great job, were fast and efficient, their price was comparable to neighbors that had different companies giving them a quote.
